Get rid of bloating with this tea

The festive season is just over and everyone has eaten to their heart’s content. All the caution was thrown out of the window and everyone made merry.
But now all are feeling the after-effects of all that. And the major one is bloating. Lot of you must be feeling bloated and heavy and not very good. This is all due to the high salt and fried snacks eaten during Diwali.
Here is the recipe of Ginger and fennel tea which works wonders in banishing bloating. It also improves the digestive health.
Ingredients:
1-inch ginger piece
1-2 tsp fennel seeds
250 ml water
Method:
Crush the fennel seeds to release their oil and grate the ginger. Bring water to boil. Once boiled, add ginger and fennel. Let it simmer for 5 mins. Strain and enjoy!
You can also add a dash of lemon and honey.
