Let us LIVE, because WE CAN!

Yesterday I was at the Tata Memorial Hospital. The place just hits you with the sea of people. You cannot walk there without bumping into another human being.
The place gets around 2000 cancer patients in OPD per day! Staggering numbers.
A chat with a doctor revealed that how cancer has now become more of a lifestyle disorder. The air we breathe and the food we eat are laced with or rather filled with chemicals. Add to it the sedentary lifestyle and lonely hearts.
The place got me thinking that all the big and small worries vanish beyond the entry gate of that hospital. There it is about survival and the fight for it. People from all walks of life forming a single crowd….the place is a great equalizer.
Let us take care of our bodies. Let us laugh, run, walk, relax, sing, play, hug and connect….just because WE CAN!
